Anna at the front desk was kind, informed, and extremely helpful. The pool was wonderful and the wifi was strong. We loved it.

“A piece of paradise in paradise”

The villa was really well equipped for self-catering living and had plenty of privacy Ana, the manager was so helpful and friendly - we had an issue with water supply and it was rectified within minutes of us telling her. Location was perfect for us - near to the Jaguar Rescue Centre and within short walk of Cocles Beach. The grounds also had plenty of wildlife, especially the "resident" sloth that came to see us on our veranda a couple of times.

This property is perfect! We have a wellbeing retreat company and our first time hosting in a new country we take friends and family to do a trial run before rebooking and bringing clients. All of us loved it! Friends and family said how perfect it was & would also come back for more family holidays! We would definitely come back and host a retreat here! Anna is lovely who is mostly always on site! They helped with our laundry. It was clean, comfortable and even on the grounds full of nature! We saw two sloths, geckos, frogs, monkeys, snakes, agoutis, hummingbirds, butterflies, a possum (we think or something similar) and much more. They were communicative and helpful. The owners had a gorgeous dog too! Locations perfect! Not far from a beautiful beach, town, supermarket & the jaguar rescue centre!

Las Palomas Villas was the ideal set-up and location, with the beach in walking distance and other beautiful beaches a tuk tuk ride away. Clean, spacious and located in a stunning rainforest. Our villa was right next to the pool and we were lucky to have an array of wildlife on our doorstep including a sloth! Ana was the perfect hostess and couldn’t be more helpful with making sure we were comfortable and had local recommendations. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this side of Costa Rica. Charming self-catering accommodation in great location just outside PV. We loved the character of our villa, which included a fully insect-screened terrace facing the jungle - very atmospheric. Bedrooms very comfortable. Location great - close enough to PV, but also very easy to reach some of the other restaurants along the road outside PV. I would love to come back and stay again. We stayed 3 nights and would have happily stayed longer - there is plenty to do in the area. I am so glad we decided to visit this region and stay here. Lovely staff working at the reception too.

“Amazing place”

This is a truly amazing place to stay. The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from shops, restaurants and the beach, but still very quiet. There are two national parks close by, and one of the best beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Punta Uva. The garden surrounding the villas is beautiful; the pool has a good size for swimming and is well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and the villa is immaculate and very clean.
