The location was convenient to the town with a car (5 mins). The pool was great. The communal area was nice. Jungle landscape was lovely. Fresh towels on day 3. Soap on arrival. Gean was great.

It beautiful retreat place further back from beach in a stunning jungle setting. Quiet environment . Lovely staff . Great to wake up to sounds of howlerr monkeys and jungle from window . And make a tea fro breakfast and eggs looking out at the view and doing a Bit of phone stuff before heading to the beach . There is a pool too and several huts for a few friends to stay together . I hired an electric bike to get up and zoom around .good choice

The lodging is literally in the forest, but there is car access and has everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the accommodation is clean and organized. There is a stream that runs through the property, although it carries little water, it is preserved and completes the scene of peace and tranquility. For someone like me who loves nature, I had a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay even though it was for 1 night only. We got to see a sloth on the property, my kids were excited. If you're driving, make sure to have a 4x4. Nice jungle experience while still being close enough to beach and restos. Would definitely stay again,

In the middle of the jungle. Awesome place to stay. The pool was a nice extra. The hostesses were awesome. Really felt close to nature. Not a problem but good to know: Wifi only available in communal area - which was very nice to hang out. Kitchen had all utensils you needed, be it a little old. 😊

the staff was very more than accommodating, the place was stunning, the cabins were well designed and comfortable. we’ve been living in Costa Rica for years now and Finca Ardilla was the most impressive setting that we’ve stayed so far

We are thankful and happy for the time we spent at Finca Ardilla. We enjoyed our room and the community area surrounded by nature as well as the open-air swimming pool at night. Jaén, a staff member, helped us find services in the area and prepared a nice breakfast every morning and was always ready to help.

all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m gluten free and each day they went to get me delicious fresh cakes for my breakfast, different each time. It’s beautiful jungle here with a pool, what’s not to love! last but not least the animals here - they have 4 dogs and 3 cats, so friendly. it’s private - you don’t hear your neighbours and you have your own mini bungalow
