Very nice place. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The owner is willing to help you and answering all your questions about the area and the nationalparks around cochrane. I enjoyed my time at Kalfu very much.

We loved our stay at Kalfu Patagonia. The room was very comfortable and so was the bed. The room was very quiet despite the town have a huge party while we were there. Rodolpho is such a great host and so fun to talk to. We would love to see him one day in Brisbane!

“A warm, comfortable, well-situated place to stay in Cochrane, with a very helpful host.”
The large apartment that we booked was very spacious, warm with a huge comfortable double bed. The location is very quiet but still within easy walking distance of the town’s facilities.The breakfast was very good and filling with plenty of scrambled eggs. The host (Rodolfo) was very helpful, giving us good suggestions for places to walk, places to eat plus the daily weather forecast (usually windy).

“Sensational stay”
Everything was wonderful! The service was impeccable, nothing was too difficult or impossible. Absolutely the best breakfast we enjoyed on the Carretera Austral. Rodolfo was incredibly kind and helpful, we loved chatting with him over breakfast each morning and learning more about Chile and the region. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom Couldn't recommend it enough!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Chile. It is super clean, quiet and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and Rodolphe is a wonderful host, always entitled to help.

“Amazing”
Absolutely amazing place. Right in the town centre opposite the hospital, but on a quiet street so no noise. We stayed in one of the duplex apartments and they are perfect. Super modern, airy, central heating with radiators, sofa, dining area, kitchen and amazing bathroom with a hot powerful shower. Upstairs a large bedroom with very comfortable bed. The space heats up so quickly and if you are not careful will need to open windows to cool down even in winter. Easy parking. The breakfast is good served by the lovely owners who are so friendly and helpful.

Delicious, nicely presented breakfast. Best coffee I have come across in an included breakfast. In Chile full stop actually. Great hosts. Very helpful getting in touch with other locals to find a solution to a mechanical problem I had.

We stayed two times in Kaluf Patagonia, and we highly recommend this apartment/hotel. Rodolfo, his family and staff were very friendly, courteous, hospitable and service oriented. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, has a great Wi-Fi, and we had a fantastic stay. We very much enjoyed the fresh and delicious breakfast and couldn’t get enough from it.
