“Dont stay here”

Zero soundproofing from upstairs (not the tenants fault) but between dog walking around, and people talking and doing regular things in their home, we heard EVERYTHING. There is no way you could stay here and get a good night's sleep, unfortunately. With 20 minutes notice (as I was not given the door code and called the host) Iwas made aware that the dog above may bark in the night and if i was there for a good sleep (which the host was made aware on booking. That i was) i should contsct booking.com. This. I believe is bad business practices, as they refused a refund when we left to find another place to stay. Notice should be given regarding noise. So that people can book elsewhere. Smelled real good in there, but not somewhere you could have a private conversation or get some sleep.

It was a very large basement suite. Well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Hosts were very nice and communication was great. Comfortable for our stay - open concept (no separate room for main sleeping area, but worked for daughter and I as she slept on pull out couch). Little kitchen area has the basics if you're wanting to heat up food (microwave, hot plate, kettle) and small bar fridge to store leftovers. Eating area was good and tv was big enough you can watch from there while having your meal. Bathroom was good size with huge shower (no tub). Would recommend having a full size mirror by main bed area (2nd person can use to get ready and/or see your full view before heading out). Easy access into town, to restaurants near by and to highway.

Excellent accommodation, the extra little touches were lovely, it even had dressing gowns, extra thick towels and quality toiletries!

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The cozy ambiance of the suite, complete with a charming indoor fireplace, made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The BBQ worked perfectly, allowing us to enjoy some delightful meals during our stay. The suite was a perfect escape from city life, offering peace and tranquility in a beautifully maintained setting. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be recommending this place to our friends. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The location is fine and it is great that parking is right in front of the home. The bed was comfortable and I found the suite quite spacious for the two of us.

This little suite is adorable and very comfortable and clean. Elena, the host, is friendly and warm. We booked in Cochrane rather than Calgary to attend a weekend workshop in Springbank, and the drive was short and scenic. We opted out of breakfast at the suite, but there was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us, along with tea and coffee, a nice French Press, and a microwave and apartment sized fridge. A nice touch in the bathroom was the host-family's homemade soaps.

Very clean! Super cozy bed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. 5 minutes by car to the city center. Elena and Marc are great hosts who go out of their way to make you feel at home.
