We were met by very friendly administrator, she showed us everything, the house was quite small but very cozy and comfy, it was quiet during the night, clean restrooms and showers.

The campsite was easy to locate and we were welcomed by staff who helped us find the shepherd's hut and a place for the motorcycle immediately. The location was fabulous, being very close to the town and castle so we could walk there easily. It was a very cosy and inviting shepherds hut and although it was really hot weather, the fan and ventilation through the windows made us very comfortable and we slept very well! Breakfast was great with a variety of delicious food. Christian,the owner, was very helpful. The bathroom facilities were clean and convenient. A friendly campsite with very pleasant people.

“Nice and relaxing”
Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. We were able to park our motorcycles in a safe and secure place at no extra charge. The room was a nice size with comfy beds and an excellent shower. The bar area was very relaxed and comfortable with a nice selection of food and drinks. The breakfast (included in the price) was great.

“Nice stay in Germany”
Very good location, close to main attractions, warm and clean room with nice balcony. The staff was so nice and allowed us to check little bit early as the room was ready , also the check in/check out was so easy and convenient, I would highly recommend this place.

...the location is just 19 mins away from the city center. The rooms were tidy & clean and plenty of towels for use. The beds were very comfortable. A very friendly atmosphere between host and guests and between guests.

Super convenient location near the center of Cochem yet a quiet a little nest in the woods isolated from the turmoil of the touristic area. Lovely staff, nice communication on the phone and on site, everything was super chill. Bonus : the location as a personal parking spot, enjoyable. I recommend the shepherd's cabin for friends more than for a family over 3 persons as it's quite narrow. It's cosy though and original. Great one night stay at this camping !
