“Pleasant house and views”
Beautiful, spacious house. Terrace for good weather, and conservatory if colder. Nice view from the living room and terrace of the mountains on the other side of the river. Large supermarket a few minutes' drive away, and Cochem centre less than 10 minutes.

Its location is, for me(us), almost perfect. Close enough to town, far enough for peace and quiet. Lots of space within and very well cared for. If I won the lottery I’d buy this place.! Facilities are more than adequate and the whole property is lovely.

Great location near local supermarket and shops. 25 mins walk to center cochem. Very spacious and clean. Use of garden available.

Perfect size for a couple. Big room, good bathroom and everything you need in the kitchen. Also a bbq outside to be used. Their wines are really good.

“Terrific !”
I cannot say what I have liked most. I wish I could stay longer. Peaceful environment, great quality of the house both inside and outside, private safe garage. The fact that this house is located 2 km form the centre is its advantage, as it is quite but yet everything is reachable on foot. No to forget wonderful wines from Ewald Zenzen, one bottle is served to guetss as hosts's welcome.
