The box check in went smoothly. Parking garage under the house, with locked doors- we had a key. Very spacious apartment. Everything we needed, well equipped kitchen. Wide extra double bed. Huge wardrobe with lots of hangers. Shutters on windows and movement section night lights in all spaces except bedroom. Lovely cosy balcony with 2 chairs and small table over looking the street scene.

“Perfect appartment when visiting Cochem.”

Very nice appartment next to the center of Cochem. Very spacious and nice appartment with good beds en good shower and nice balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is next to the sesselbahn which is a must-do in Cochem. It is possible to park the car in the garage below the house and here you can also store your bikes. Perfect appartment for visiting Cochem and surroundings.

Fantastic. Secure parking was brilliant for our brand new motorbike. The size was great and the facilities. We were late on arriving unfortunately so didn’t have time to enjoy the apartment fully.

Everything was well arranged, just as in the pictures. We booked apartment 4, on the 2nd floor. The apartment has a small window overlooking the Pinnerkreuz. The apartment was super clean. Location was perfect. A parking card was provided for the garage right opposite the apartment building. Host is very kind and welcoming

Quaint Old house but tastefully modern inside. Our apartment (no 2 on second floor) was surprisingly spacious with kitchen, lounge and separate bedroom and large bathroom with shower. Cozy Juliet balcony with 2 chairs and little table overlooking the street scene. Well stocked throughout. Garage under house for secure parking. Communal covered quiet patio at back of house and chairs on communal veranda at front of house.

Very nice place to stay at Cochem, very clean and spacious. Also, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. Even though it was on a larger street, it was very quiet. At a short walking distance to the old city and a garage, in the beautiful wine area of Cochem, this is definitely a recommended place 👌

The rooms and furniture are wonderful. Everything is thoughtfully organized, and all the equipment you might need is available. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, utensils, and dishware. The host responded to our messages within minutes.

Edmund was a super friendly host, and the room was spacious and clean. The bed and shower were great and we had a wonderful sleep. The apartment is very close walking to town, and ,cochem is just adorable. We would definitely stay here again. It's an old house as you can see from the photos, but it's immaculately kept and is better than its photos show. The free parking in the secure garage underneath was a huge bonus.
