“True treehouse experience - great staff!”

The Stafff at Dazelt Cochem are located in the main reception of the campsite. They brought us to the tree house and were very friendly, kind and accomodating. The treehouse doesnt have any power supply which is fine as we were not looking for any! The Treehouse looks like the pics and the area is really nice. This is a top pick for those wanting a different type of outdoor experience!

I like the staff. They are easy to talk to, very accommodating.

The location is very nice even though it is near the road. The wild river that runs next to the camping site drowns out any vehicular noises except those occasional loud motorbikes passing through. The tent was a cool concept. It stayed dry inside even though it rained that day. There was no moisture inside it too the next morning. There is also a cafe restaurant in the vicinity so it is quite convenient for those who didn't want to walk to the old town. The staff was quite friendly, polite and helpful as well.

“A good budget option”

This property is what it is. A car-top tent on a wooden structure. Sadly the one I had was definitely second hand, the fly screen over the door had been ripped away from its zips, but it was clean. The bedding provided was great, unfortunately it was a little damp and there had been a huge amount of rain ... not a criticism, just a reflection that staying in a tent in a rain storm isn't a good thing if you want to be dry. The staff were brilliant. I had a good meal, they helped me out with some drying space, and were unfailingly helpful and kind.
