Responsive staff. There was a problem with hot water which they resolved immediately. Excellent location for the Camino.

“Horrible”
On the first day, there was no hot water. I contacted the staff on the morning of the second day about it. We came back at night and yet again there was no hot water. When we left the staff sent me a message that we had to leave the water flowing for 30 minutes for hot water to start flowing (it is funny that they have written in the bathroom that please do not misuse water, protect the environment and blablabla...). The staff ignored the fact that we didn't have hot water during all our stay. If we would have damaged anything in the apartment, we would have had to pay, but if they do not provide the service they have to, nothing happens.
