“Great value accomodation,and very well appointed”
The apartment is very well located,easy to find very modern,I wld say it s quite new.I too found everything very comfortable,plenty of good furniture,good ceiling fans and AC and the shower + bathroom are exceptional.I wld return in a heartbeat if business takes me to that part again.10 out of 10 and very well done Carolina!!

“Wonderful! Would recommend”
Large space, many facilities, super clean, very comfortable. You get the feel of the jungle and can hear birds and sometimes monkeys. Carolina is extremely helpful and lovely.

“Beautiful apartment in a mostly peaceful area.”
Great apartment and host. Beautiful decor throughout and a grood size bedroom, bathroom living area, and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, hot plate, rice maker, blender, and all the crockery, etc. you could need. I've seen some other reviews mention lack of air conditioning, but this wasn't a problem for me as the apartment is large and airy, is in a location that benefits from the shade of the surrounding trees, and the ceiling fans were quite sufficient despite being there at the hottest time of year. Just a few mins walk to the beach, supermarket, and the handful of eateries Mal Pais has to offer. Also, only about 5km from everything Santa Teresa has to offer but so much more peaceful than staying in that busy and noisy area itself.

The flat is very spacious and well situated. La Fortuna is just 10 min away (by car/quad) but MalPais is much more quiet ! + they are 2 playas next to the flat ( one few hundred meters, the 2nd one 15 min by foot) Also the host is really friendly and helpful if you need advises / help
