The location okay, it’s away from other hotels in the area and in a more residential zone but within walking distance to the ruins & cycle distance to the cenotes. The staff are very friendly & you can tell they are doing their best with what they have. There is free wifi which worked moderately well. The carvings on the doors are beautiful & certain parts of the hotel are very aesthetically pleasing but sadly the interior feel does not match.

The courtyard with the trees is gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious for 4 people. There was hot water in the shower as opposed to other reviews. The omelette for breakfast was tasty and the owner was so so friendly and gave us fantastic recommendations for the Yucatán area. The hotel is very calm and relaxing, I would highly recommend staying here.

“Friendly stay in Cobá”
Staff were very helpful and the reception / bar areas were beautiful. Breakfast offered a good choice and was tasty and filling. Room was comfortable with a/c and a fridge.

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely public areas including a swim-up bar, and I really enjoyed visiting the ruins at Coba. Stay here, people, they deserve to do well! The manager was really lovely and made some breakfast for me.

Very well organized medium sized hotel. We intended to spend there one night to see Coba ruins next day. The location is excellent. You can reach Coba by walk in the morning avoiding crowd coming later from cruisers. Rooms we got had windows on inner patio (I see it as an advantage). We were there sligtly out of season and for one night only but there are facilities for longer stay as i.e. water pool. Ask for opportunity to enter the terrasse on the roof. There is beautifull view on ruins area over the forest.

“If there was hot water it would have been our best stay in Mexico yet, from 2 weeks of traveling.”
Design is grand, with lots of interesting and different places to sit and chill out, have drinks etc, including pool with bar stools and loungers inside it. Wonderful big trees inside the interior courtyard. Owner/ Manager is lovely and very attentive. Their little dog - Cappuccino - is gorgeous and fun. Rooftop views are good of lake & pyramid ruins.

“A hidden gem, well worth the price, great facilities and staff”
Absolutely superb place, with every detail of construction and facilities thought out very carefully. Swimming pool was a delight, quiet location in the village, parking, amazing breakfast, huge room, great shower, WiFi... I could go on and on. The manager, Christian, was absolutely amazing and we had lengthy chats. He was very helpful and informative. Located ten minutes walk from Coba ruins and just a hundred metres from the main road to the cenotes. Booked for one night and ended up staying for two after some car trouble, but we were sad to leave even after overstaying!

Newly build hotel just opened 3 months ago. Very helpful owner. Very nice courtyard with pool and a big tree full of birds. Good shower and good bed.
