When I arrived, the person in charge about the check in was quite rude. On the other hand, the person who was there the next morning was very kind.

“Great Stay!”
The staff was super friendly! We were traveling with a dog and they made the check-in very easy after a long day of travel. The area around the hotel was safe and the bed was very comfortable!

“Nice stay at NH Coatzacoalcos”
we only stayed there for a night, but the room was very spacoius and very clean. Verxy comfortsable bed as well.
