“Definitely NOT 5 stars”
This place has not been a 5 star property for a loooooong time. My room was falling apart, sheets had holes in them and the mildew smell was so overpowering I had to wear a mask in my room. I arrived late at night or I would have left right away.

“Good place for an overnight”
It was easy to find and close to our route for the next day. The restaurant was quite nice and we enjoyed our meal. Very comfortable beds and a great shower.

“Great place to stay with family or business.”
The room was comfortable, the surroundings were nice, there is a track where you can run or walk, without having to leave the hotel. People were nice and try to help.

“Management needs to start doing their job. Cleanliness and customer service need work.”
The fact that after 30 minutes they gave us a room Booking.com advertises this property as pet friendly. However when we arrived at the hotel they told us NO DOGS allowed. The young lady that checked us in was the best part of the entire stay. She needs a promotion as she understands customer service.

broken toilet seats, mosquitoes inside the room and gym area, broken screens of windows at the gym allowing mosquitoes inside, same food every ay for breakfast at restaurant. high price for the food at restaurant. areas outside are neglected. need to clean back area of hotel, specially the area seen from the gym. Iguanas follow tenants when they see food,

“Peaceful”
Beautful view and gardens. Quiet nights and birds singing in the morning. Very clean room and comfortble beds. The restaurant shrimp dinner was excellent.

“Terranova”

“Stay in a sunken ship”
