“I wish I had booked a longer stay”

This is a beautiful property with even better views. The owners are very warm and welcoming, they have created a very comfortable and serene environment with plenty of areas to sit and take it all in. The breakfast was off the charts! Dungeness crab eggs benedict beautifully prepared followed by a lovely cheese soufflé the following day, better than any hotel I’ve been to. Bonus points for the fresh crab and prawn plate with a nice frozen grand marnier dessert the night we arrived. We loved it there!

Meshell and Stephen provided the greatest accomodation we had found in Canada during our entire trip. The Inn is a hidden gem on this island, offering peaceful, cosy, and unique views. It is important to mention how amazing their breakfast is. We were able to use the barbacue and use their kayaks for an afternoon trip  We deffenetly would recommend The Oceanfront Inn on Stephens Bay.

Exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and there isn't a better host than Michelle.

Everything about this place was phenomenal. The host was exceptional and very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely stunning. And the inn and yars were done beautifully.

The location is sensational as our room and spacious balcony overlooked Stephens bay and the inlet.Our accommodation was clean and included a big bath that also had a view of the water. The hosts were very accommodating, Michelle was front of house, friendly and knowledgeable about the local region, Stephen,the gourmet chef, who prepared delicious breakfasts each morning. We stayed for 5very relaxing nights and found it hard to leave.

The love of detail and the level of comfort the hosts provide is amazing. The balcony and comfortable chairs allow you to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The breakfast was the best of our whole trip. Even though we had to leave before breakfast time, we were provided with a delicious breakfast. I would love to return!

“Cozy rooms and delicious breakfast”

Wow, wow, wow! Everything was just perfect. Super clean and cozy rooms with nice oceanview. The most delicious breakfast we ever had :)! And on top we could see during the delicious breakfast some bears at the shore from the breakfast room. Meshell and Stephen are so courteous and super kind. They helped us a lot with our flat tire. We could also rent the kayaks for free and had so much fun with them at the ocean. We enjoyed our days there so much. Thank you!

“A restful and extremely enjoyable stay.”

It was everything we hoped for and more. We had the downstairs apartment which was spacious and comfortable. The views, despite the rain, were amazing. And the breakfasts were gourmet standard.

Michelle was very kind and courteous. She and her husband (who cooks a perfekt breakfast with their own fished seafood) have one of the best Inns I ever stayed in. Thank you!

Everything. Michelle thought of every detail perfectly. They had kayaks you could borrow, an outside bbq facility, the rooms were perfect and it felt like a lot of care went into it. We also got a home made dessert and the most amazing breakfast. 11/10

“It’s the little things that’s really add to your experience.”

It’s the little things that really add to your experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well laid out. There are no restaurants in Coal harbour so Meschel heated up our dinner. We we’re also given a delicious appetiser and a dessert to top it off. The breakfast was outstanding. The quality of the food was amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We took the kayak out for a couple of hours which was very enjoyable. I thoroughly recommend staying here.
