Beautiful old boutique hotel in the main street of Clyde. Tastefully decorated with period furniture. It was a watercolourists heaven with all the autumn golds.

Very comfortable, quiet, central, lovely lounge and very helpful manager/owner. Baked eggs for breakfast were delicious. Plenty of room for bikes.

“Beautiful old hotel - loads of character and beautifully renovated”
The Lord Clyde is a beautiful hotel in Clyde. We were greeted by Victoria on our arrival, she was an exceptional host. The hotel is beautiful and felt extremely welcoming. The rooms were divine, with gorgeous beds. To top it off Victoria cooked us a divibe breakfast before we left. Go and stay at the Lord Clyde you will not be disappointed. If you want a gorgeous restaurant just go next door to the old post office restaurant and definitely have the seafood chowder, it is a stunner as were the hosts - thanks debbie

“A beautifully restored historic building”
We loved our stay at The Lord Clyde so much that we stayed an extra night. Victoria was most welcoming and produced a lovely breakfast each morning. The suite we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. Being in the Main Street of Clyde many restaurants, cafes and shops were within walking distance. We highly recommend The Lord Clyde and would definitely stay here again.
