“Amazing stay”
A lovely old, charming, classic hotel. Hosts are super friendly. We were able to park the car around the back. We enjoyed a lovely glass of wine on the veranda looking over Clyde's main road. The breakfast was lovely and overall we felt really comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay again and longer!

“A most memorable stay in historic Dunstan House, with many thanks to Ian & Meredith. If you’re coming to Clyde, look”
The instant we entered Dunstan House we were given a warm and cheerful welcome from Meredith - and eventually Ian, her husband, who was out on an emergency call - even though we had arrived many hours too early. Our stay in the historic property exceeded expectations. A most hospitable ambience pervades the whole building with lovely wooden textures everywhere. Our room was very comfortable with a pleasing outlook and lots of natural light, and although we had a shared bathroom this did not present a problem at any point in our stay. Breakfast was very tasty and I would thoroughly recommend the superb salads, savouries and sweetmeats that they serve in the café throughout the day. Dunstan House is bang in the centre of Clyde with a bar and two restaurants mere paces from the front door, and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in town.

A beautiful historic lodge. The owners were super friendly and helpful and you felt that nothing would have been a problem for them. Good recommendations for dining and other experiences. We enjoyed the breakfast in the dining room with special touches of beautiful fine china being used for tea.

Beautiful building and grounds. We stayed in one of the cottages outside which was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. A lovely breakfast was included. Location was fantastic, in the heart of Clyde. Great food options within walking distance. Ian was so friendly and helpful.
