Elaine is a very friendly and thoughtful host. Breakfast is included but we travel with our own hence the n/a score from us. The property is in a beautiful location and has all you need. We particularly appreciated the washing machine and ability to dry clothes outside as we'd been travelling a while. There is a very nice sun trap at the back of the property with table and chairs. Elaine is happy to share her knowledge of the area and bike tracks. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return to Elaine's place if in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent guesthouse. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the outdoor area was a fantastic space to relax. Elaine was a great host. We really appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like the biscuits. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. Highly recommend — we would happily stay again!
