The hotel and the room were okay. We checked out this morning without any issues, and the rooms were inspected and confirmed to be fine. However, later in the evening, the hotel decided on their own to withdraw €100 from my account without notifying me beforehand. When I called to ask why, they said it was because of smoking in the room – which is completely untrue. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

“Very happy I stayed at this hotel”
Very happy I stayed at this hotel, breakfast was very good, room confortable and clean and it had many amenities like free coffee all day, location was also very good with a great view from my window... Definitely would stay here again!!!
