Lovely inn with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The owner texted very clear and helpful instructions for my stay. I stayed in the Damon room - a very comfortable room with en-suite. The shared lounges and kitchen were clean and well stocked with flatware and cups and cooking utensils. There is a coffee machine with a selection of teas and coffee. The inn is a short walk to a number of restaurants, cafes and the Great Lakes Brewing Company, as well as a short taxi ride into downtown Cleveland.

Loved the historical aspect of the property and the proximity to Ohio City, walking distance to Great Lakes Brewery and close to Rock and Roll Hall of fame. My wife and I just had a great time and no hassle. Also the room was very quite and the bed comfortable

Very nice Hotel with an outstanding location in the middle of Ohio City. The host was very nice and responded fast and in time. Also the rooms were clean and comfy.

Check in. We printed the booked page as per Booking.com instructions to present at check in. There was nobody there to meet us. Rang doorbell. Sat on porch that had video TV surveillance thinking someone would see us. We were in Cleveland for a concert and came from Canada without my phone. Check in instructions were sent to my phone AFTER we left Canada. Fortunately we met another guest checking in after waiting an hour. Drove to McD's to get some WIFI. Back to house to get in. Two wasted hours! I have sent a text to owner who says he will correct the situation with Booking.com. For a while we thought we had been scammed.

Excellent location. BEAUTIFUL old building. Unlimited supply of bottled water. In hip Ohio City neighborhood. Walk to all types of restaurants (we splurged on a meal at ALEA and were not disappointed.)

Very helpfull and friendly support even when we booked just a couple of hours in advance. Even though it was kind of far from downtown, the bus connection was great. Would definitely recommend!
