“Excellent stay”
Room, view excellent. I had to request a repair to the toilet flush which was acted upon immediately. Reception staff were also highly apologetic. It was extremely useful to stay in the same location as the conference I attended.

“It was an okay experience, but for a supposedly five star hotel I believe things should be better.”
The downstairs area was beautiful and the wall was pretty, but other than that we had a lot of problems.

I love the bar on the rooftop. My husband and I went on our wedding night there and it has always held a special place in our hearts. The staff is super friendly and the drinks are the best for the value.

“Overall disappointing, probably won’t return to this location”
View was nice , bed was comfortable, Tv was old and you couldn’t watch the baseball game. The biggest problem was, I asked to have the room cleaned twice , and it never got cleaned and restocked.

“1st time to know how dirty the hotel could be!”
Hav a look of the below of the bed and you will have a feeling that the cleaning has not been done, may be for months. This is terrible with Thinking of your room charge, one night nearly 600 dollars
