Overall, the hotel was nice, but there were several issues that could easily be addressed to improve the guest experience. The air conditioning in the lobby was not working during our stay, making the area uncomfortable for both guests and staff. The hotel appeared to have low occupancy on the night we stayed, yet we were assigned a room directly beside the elevator and facing the highway. As a result, we experienced noise from guests arriving on our floor, elevator traffic, and highway vehicles throughout the night. Our room was clean and comfortable. After a 12-hour day of driving and another 10+ hour drive planned for the following day, a good night's sleep was important to us. Due to the hot weather, we needed to use the room's air conditioner. Unfortunately, it was extremely loud and sounded like a jet engine when running. In addition, the unit was positioned directly below the window curtains, causing them to blow around all night and allowing outdoor light to enter the room. We used the pool shortly after arriving to help soothe sore muscles from our long drive. The pool area was well-equipped with tables, chairs, and towels, and we were pleasantly surprised to see an accessible lift available. Our only concern was that the pool water was extremely cloudy. While the hotel met our needs to a certain extent, we do not feel it provided good value for the approximately $180 CAD we paid for our stay.

Quiet location just off highway . Newer hotel, clean room, comfortable beds. We travel with a pet so appreciate a room without carpet.

The breakfast was ok. I'm not a big breakfast eater but I would have preferred to have bacon over sausage. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The in room amenities (soap; lotion, etc.) Were of good quality.

The breakfast was first class; we always tip the staff for the high quality food choices. I did request a first floor room ; I received an email confirming my request, however we were give room 320. The room was very nice and we left a tip for the cleaning crew as well. We will be back. Craig Smith
