“Very uncomfortable staying at a place like this”
This place had bed bugs and room floor was nasty and a bad smell in each of the rooms our church people were going to stay in. Had a problem with them wanting to not give our money back when we were up at the front in less than 10 mins to report the bad stuff. Very dissatisfied with this place and will not stay here until all these issues is fixed.

Very good price for an excellent stay! Other hotels around charge much more for the same amount of comfort. Great breakfast and great rooms. Would reccommend to anyone who comes to Cleveland! Thank you so much!!

The coffee and breakfast was not good at all. The room was ok. The outside of the hotel was super dirty, garbage Avery where. The pool was empty and full of garbage as well.

Clean room and friendly staff, the bed was comfortable and everything worked fine. Good location and close to amenities, with dedicated parking spots for disabilities in the car park. The pool while not in use due to the summer season was being cleaned and maintained well and had a disability winch so disabled guests can enjoy it in the summer. Excellent value for money too.

“Overall my stay was poor.”
The carpet was terribly stained as soon as you walked in the door. There was very little weather stripping under the door as you could easily see under the door and bugs were getting in the room. I had to put a towel down to block any more bugs getting in. The room coffee pot was missing the little tray that holds the coffee and would not work without it (I tried). The breakfast was ok… the only meat served was in the gravy. All of the eggs and biscuits were out and had to wait for them to be restocked. Overall my experience was poor.

“It was the worst hotel and room we have ever stayed in and we will never use a Wyndham hotel again”
The location was good. The room was so bad we got up at 3:30 and left. There was a party in the room beside us which last all night plus they had the TV on all night. We were on our way to Florida and couldn’t sleep so we left at 3:30am

Could barely see or hear the staff member behind the glass, ID was never checked so I assume others weren't either. Very dirty, advertised as a Wyndham property but didn't see "Wyndham" on anything at the hotel.
