Our accommodation was cancelled the morning we were due to arrive with no alternative accommodation or refund offered alternative dates were offered for the end of October which was absolutely non sensicle as we had return flights to London pre booked we had to arrange our own accommodation upon arrival at Tampa airport at 7pm in the evening which cost us another £1600 in addition to what we had already paid for sea gate the host did not reach out at any time to check on our welfare absolutely appalling customer service do not book this apartment it ruined our holiday!!!!
