We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s very close to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and a Starbucks nearby. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the bedding was new. The staff welcomed us warmly and allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, treating us like family. The same kindness continued at check-out — our flight was in the evening, and since there were no other guests after us, we were allowed to use the room until we left. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Excellent location with free parking. Walkable easily to shops, Pier 60 and marina. Easy to get to, looked ok from outside except the pool! Good size little apartment.

“Total Scam!!! I did not Stay and Bookings.com were useless”
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. We arrived at 7.30pm to find the hotel was totally deserted and appeared it was being renovated. There were two numbers in the reception window to call. As i am from the UK i could not call on my phone, but there was a local police officer who I asked to call the number on my behalf. First number, no answer. second a very unhelpful man who, once knowing it was a local police officer stated the hotel had been closed for sometime and he would not take any money for cancellation. We were left without accomodation and bookings .com were so UNHELPFUL! Had to head back to Tampa to secure accommodation for the night. Eventually arrived at a hotel at 12.30am. If i was traveling with children, god forbid what i would have done.

“Lovely little basic motel 5 mins walk to Clearwater beach fantastic pool and lovely welcoming staff”
Lovely host..very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Gave us free parking from early morning and all next day if we needed it. Pool was excellent. In a very sunny spot. Lots of chairs n tables to use ..lit up green at night so looked very cosy. Comfy beds lots of space and loads storage.
