Another excellent visit to The Barefoot Bay Resort. We're never disappointed here ... The place has a real individual feel about it amongst all the big international hotels. You're greeted as one of the family and treated as such during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable and are built around a small but perfectly adequate pool, and there's a deck out back where you can sit with your coffee and watch the sunrise. Added to that car parking is free. If you're looking for a few days of "Island life" with a real feel of old Florida... This is the place for you. The owner (Stacey) does everything she can to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Thanks Stacey... We will return.

Fantastic stay with lots of character. The room has everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We loved the pool with a table & chairs nearby to enjoy our breakfast before a big day. The location is fantastic with the marina on one side and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and very clean.

The location is perfect for going anywhere on the beach. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. This is a hidden little gem. If you're looking for the old charm of Clearwater Beach look no further, you won't be disappointed. Stacey run a tight ship. She is always pleasant and truly cares about the needs of her guests!!

Fantastic motel, our view in the morning for a bay with sailboats was breathtaking. Very clean. Small. Family business. Beds were comfortable. Was not crowded. Nice and clean swimming pool. Parking. One block away from the beach. White sand beaches (beautiful) Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores. There is a bus for 5 $ (multiple rides) which drives around Clearwater island. Very safe neighborhood. I was waling alone on Friday evening and was not afraid. Staff at the reception super nice and friendly. We would recommend this motel to anyone and will definitely come back.

The room and grounds were very well kept up with and super clean. The motel is in a very nice location. There are several places to eat within walking distance. During our visit we went on a dinner cruise and it was less than a 5 minute walk from the motel to the dock.
