I booked my stay for $794 and paid a security deposit upon check-in. At checkout, the front desk assured me the deposit would be refunded. However, after returning home, I noticed I was charged an additional $166.61 that was never returned. I reached out to the hotel to clarify the charges—assuming it might just be a misunderstanding or a calculation error—but to my shock, they told me they 'could not answer my question.' If this is indeed an error, I have overpaid by $166.61 with no resolution in sight. Extremely disappointed in their lack of transparency and customer service.

Never got to stay there as arrived after a 10 hour flight and got told they had overbooked the hotel 😢

“It turned out to be ok would I stay again yes I would”
Every one was friendly, but my toilet was running you had to make sure the handle came back up an the hotel is old it needs to be renovated pool was great the carpet is old but overall it was ok

“A modern, fresh hote where the location is everything (and you get it cheaper as it is 50m from the beach!”
One block from the gorgeous sands and Frenchys and Crabbys restaurants. A well priced fresh hotel with pool. Complimentary coffee in the foyer.

“VERY NOISY LOCATION OPPOSITE A BUILDING SITE”
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE LOOKING YO RELAX. The photos of the pool with views of the beach is totally misleading!! It overlooks 2 hotels being built. The NOISE whilst sat at the pool is HORRENDOUS. Great if you like listening to jack hammering and drilling!! I would not have booked 2 rooms here for 4 days if booking.com had disclosed this. I wish I could post the video of the noise!!
