“Staff went above and beyond for us. We are eternally grateful.”
We travelled for a family emergency. The staff could not have been more helpful. They are kind, respectful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and take the stress out of a very emotional week. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs.

They deducted a bond money which has been returned later. However, nothing has been mentioned during booking the property via Booking dot com app. Overall stay was okay.

“Great, no frills place to stay.”
Location, price, and staff for what we needed were excellent. It was close to a shopping centre, not far from the uni, and despite being close to a major road, is very quiet.

“Apart from the bed everthing was fine staff great”
The bed could do with updating in room 13 2 adults rolled into center of bed. Black out curtains need to be upgraded as it was like daylight.
