“Very frustrated by not being able to use the reservation due to lack of local support.”
I arrived at the venue at midnight, as informed in my booking, and there was no one at the reception to support me. There was a notice at reception to call number 500 to request support. I called several times and no one answered, I only heard an automatic message to leave a message for quality evaluation purposes. I could not use my reservation because there was no local support. I was very disappointed not to be able to rest with my family after almost 400 miles driving. And the situation was even worse because at that time I did not find another hotel available and had to follow my trip without rest. For these reasons the place should return the amount paid for the reservation that I could not use due to the reasons described above.

Didnt get to stay in the room because It was cockroaches in there, the issue was explained to us when we talk to the front desk at arrival.
