“Comfortable home and good breakfast”

It was such an amazing experience to stay at Louise’s house. She made her place as a home for her guests while we were away from home. The house was sparkling clean with beautiful decorations, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was nutritious and delicious. Louise also provided us very helpful information for touring around. Clark’s Harbor was very quiet and super relaxing, we caught a beautiful sunset view, and saw a mother deer breastfeed a baby deer in someone’s backyard, what a surprise! I would definitely recommend this place for other guests.

Louise made excellent suggestions as to where to walk around the island, and very good suggestions for meals along our trip. Overall very nice experience

Beautiful home - we had 2nd floor to ourselves. Wonderfully decorated. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Hostess was a wealth of information about nearby attractions and potential stops on our trip. Breakfast of yogurt with homemade rhubarb compote and french toast sandwiches was delicious! Resident cat on premises was super friendly!

The hostesses were both friendly and keen to make our stay a good one. They succeeded. The property is immaculate and our breakfast was great. We were provided with plenty of information about the local area and our ongoing travels in Nova Scotia. Highly recommended.
