We were welcomed by a spacious and warm space. Neatly decorated and comfortable. The gardens and scenery compliments the experience of Clarens perfectly. The breakfast and service were exceptional.

Sonia and Thinus are the absolute best hosts we’ve ever had. Their care and attention to detail are unmatched in the hospitality industry. Sonia and family went out of their way to ensure my proposal to my girlfriend went perfectly, and it did!!! Privacy; organising champagne, rose petals chocolates on a secluded balcony out of the goodness of their heart; breakfast in bed (with mimosas); insanely good mountain range views; allergy-free super-clean rooms and staff with hearts of gold!!! Mt Horeb is a gem and a highly recommended guesthouse to stay at!!! Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

The hospitality from Sonia and tinus was excellent ,they were very engaging and friendly,breakfast was adequate and good hot options.views from our room 3 on the top floor was great.will definitely stay here again ,felt like home away from home

Breakfast was great and service was quick. They were able to accommodate early breakfast.Location is central and close to all restaurants and shops. Nice touch to switch on the bed warmers before arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Mt Horeb Manor! From the moment we arrived, Sonja and Tinus made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a 600m stroll into town. Breakfast was a highlight, delicious and expertly prepared. Highly recommend!

What an incredible stay! Sonia and Titus were the most wonderful hosts, welcoming us with genuine warmth. Waking up to that stunning mountain view and enjoying the absolute peace and quiet made our trip truly exceptional. We couldn't have asked for more!
