Andre, Rina and their dogs were wonderful host. Room was lovely and very cozy and exceeded our expectations. Situated in a nice quiet area with a magnificent view of the mountains and in walking distance from shops and hiking routes. We certainly enjoyed a wonderful stay and will definitely visit Clarens again.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the bed was large and comfortable with an electric blanket — perfect for cool nights. The property was completely quiet, ideal for a restful sleep. The location was excellent. André and Rina were exceptional hosts: kind, attentive and always willing to help. Rina's breakfasts were absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place one hundred percent. We will definitely be back! 🏡

Location. Tranquil but still within convenience of the town. Hosts very hospitable. Food was 💯. Love their dogs too 🥰

Quite and peaceful area. Adjacent to Clarens Nature Reserve. Comfortable room, Linnen and Bathroom very clean. Special touch of Old Brown Sherry on a tray to welcome us in the room. Bar fridge and coffee/tee available in the room. A delicious breakfast was served.

Safe clean and friendly is typical must have's. Now add a prime location and tasty breakfast on your doorstep and you are made! Also good local advice with insight and an electric blanket :)

Breakfast was very tasty and filling; with a variety of options - served with love. The outdoor style which was just across ; enjoyed safe hiking location; clean water running in river like streams. The place was perfect for my lifestyle and needs; walking distance to town. Enjoyed quite and peaceful sleep; just bring along your warm jacket. There was provision of enough warm blankets in the room.

The views were amazing. Nice walking distance from the town center. The room had everything we need, and was cozy. The breakfast was delicious. Would recommend!

“Excellent Guesthouse”

The hospitality for sure was great. It was so peaceful and serene. Room was comfortable with a little kitchenette area a desk to work or read at and dstv to watch the sport or highlights. The garden is huge with trees and flowers and the sounds of birds chirping. Makes for a wonderful atmosphere.

Everything! Clean - close to the square (we walked), hot shower, comfortable bed. Owners were very chilled and professional. 2 dogs to play with.

Beautiful setting with amazing views too. Comfy bed and all that we could need was available to us. The owners are kind, friendly and helpful. The staff are equally kind. Breakfast served on our own veranda was exceptional. Would highly recommend this lovely place. The smaller of the rooms which we stayed in was part of the original stone farmhouse.

Hosts are very friendly, breakfasts were excellent, location is great. Enjoyed sitting on the stoep with a book, a cup of tea or a glass of wine. We found the atmosphere very relaxing. Easy walk into town, didn't need to use my car.

A beautiful setting at the foot of an amazing sandstone mountain. The Guesthouse was neat, functional and cosy. Andre and Rina were the perfect hosts. Highly recommend.
