The cottage was in a beautiful garden which was enclosed so our doggies could safely enjoy the adventure. It was such a tranquil garden.

“as this week end was purely for the dogs, as a pet owner it was certainly one of the better places a”
location was right next to nature reserve where they have the parkrun, which is exactly what we went there for. we had our pets and this is why we chose this house. totally fenced in with a stream at the bottom of garden, safe and secure for them. lots of space for them to run, sniff and walk. bedding was very comfortable, lots of little throws around to sit outside in the cooler evenings

“Amazing stay”
We had such a wonderful stay at Cottage Pie in Clarens! The place is beautifully decorated with a cosy, homely feel that makes you relax the minute you walk in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, complete with electric blankets—such a treat on chilly Clarens nights. I really appreciated the heaters in each bedroom too, keeping everything warm and snug. The indoor fireplace was perfect for evenings in, and the outdoor hot tub was such a bonus—especially under the stars! It’s those thoughtful little touches like coffee, milk, and a well-stocked kitchenette that really made the stay feel special. The host was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfy getaway.
