“Simply perfect!”

Everything was wonderful. It's the perfect location for a peaceful stay in stunning scenery. The unit (Klipspringer) was very well furnished with everything we needed. The fridge was bigger than we expected and easily accommodated the food we'd brought with us for our 3-day stay. There is also a toaster. The shower is one of the best we've had in South Africa. The walks around the farm are well-tracked and well-worth doing, and the San paintings a short drive away at the Travellers' Rest are a must! The night skies are wonderful, too. This is also a camping ground, and this, too, looks lovely with small secluded areas surrounded by stunning rocks. The host is extremely kind and knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions about life on his wonderful farm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to everyone!

“Excellent place to stay - something different”

What a fabulous place to stay. The cabin is situated away from everything but the birds. Wake up to the call of baboons in the mountains. Comfortable bed, spacious room. 12V power and gas water heater makes for a comfortable stay. Amazing views of the mountain. Really nice fire place outdoors for barbecue or just relaxing outside. Something different from the run-of-the-mill guesthouse.

“Awesome stay away from civilization”

Loved the scenery, God's creation all around you. Peaceful, rustic but all we needed. Nic welcomed us and showed us around. Very friendly and helpful.

The most exquisite setting. Tent was comfy and well equipped. We braaied under the stars.

Stunning remote location in the Cederberg. Simple, basic self-catering room but all the essentials are there, and the shower is good and the bed is fine. It was perfectly clean. and the hosts were super-friendly. Excellent value. And what a night sky for stargazing!

“A real place of tranquility - and can be enjoyed even if you not into rock climbing or bouldering!”

Open country space with access to walk on the farm. Informative host & super friendly & happy to replace our gas bottle at 7am so we could make coffee🙈. Accommodation was clean neat & perfect for the circumstances. Loved the fire/braai area

“Escape to tranquility”

Stunning little cottage to escape to. Very quiet and peaceful with no one else in sight. No electricity but solar panels provide lights and a fridge. Great place to braai in between the rocks. Will definitely return. Helpful, friendly host.
