Located in the Olifant River Valley, the Clanwilliam Hotel features a traditional Cape Dutch building. The hotel is 5 minutes' drive from the Clanwilliam Dam. Overall, our stay at Clanwilliam Hotel was passable, but there were definitely some positives worth mentioning. The staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The food was also great and one of the highlights of the stay. The location was excellent and convenient, and the facilities were decent overall.

The air-conditioned room could not have come at a better time. The bed is really comfortable, and we had a fantastic night's rest, followed by a delicious breakfast the next morning. Thank you to a wonderful hotel.

Everything. The bed was nice and soft. I slept like a baby. The breakfast was also nice and the stuff was friendly and helpful.
