the location was good and around the clock check in. the free parking was the selling point for us to book the property. descent enough for a quick crash in.

Comfy and clean room, super supportive staff

Nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that this is an eco-responsible hotel. Upon arrival, the heating was completely turned off and the room was freezing. This is unacceptable, especially in cold weather. It took a full day for the room to reach a tolerable temperature, making our stay uncomfortable and poorly managed from the start. The bed was not comfortable at all for a three stars hotel

My next-door neighbors were extremely loud until 3 AM, and they were smoking cigarettes and cannabis inside their room. Our rooms are connected by an internal door, so the smell and the noise came directly into my room. They even tried to open the connecting door, which was very disturbing and unacceptable. It is very disappointing that the hotel did not enforce proper security or check the situation carefully. On top of that, my room was extremely cold, and I felt very uncomfortable. My son was crying because of the noise and the lack of respect from the guests next door. Their behavior was very inconsiderate and disturbing, and it prevented my child from sleeping. I am extremely unhappy with this situation.

Overall, everything is fine, but of course it's not the best place for your money. It's convenient that there is underground parking and it's easy to find a spot. The girl who checked us in was kind and friendly. Excellent bedding, comfortable to sleep on, all amenities in general. But there were a couple of unpleasant things!

Nice people, safe, parking very good, hood breakfast! Jean Francois at reception was very nice to us!

The room was clean. The windows open, which is so rare in hotels now a days. Internet works and was easy to connect. Some of the staff was attentive, but sometimes had to really push to get someone's attention.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is in a homely place, neigburhood is on point, it s near the Tram/bus stations. I would visit again for a longer stay.
