good safe location, simple connection to city centre, simple standard but it’s cheap hotel so was fair enough, bed and bathroom, clean room- service every day, even wines fridge in the room,tv, coffee,nice staff

English / Английский: Subject: Complaint and Refund Request — Victor Hugo Clamart (Stay: 03.06–12.06) Dear Booking.com Support, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at Victor Hugo Clamart from June 3 to June 12, 2025, together with my 9-year-old son. Although the bed linen and towels were clean, the overall condition of the room and the hotel was extremely poor: There was a constant musty smell throughout the hotel, and in our room — an overpowering incense odor, which was very unpleasant. No ventilation, the room was hot and stuffy. Sleeping with the window open was impossible due to deafening traffic noise at night. In the bathroom — visible mold in the shower, a dirty sink and floor (photos attached). Although towels were changed daily (except for one day), one day a towel had hair and a clump of dust inside (photo attached). The floor was never cleaned, and dust was not wiped during the entire 10-day stay. Breakfast was extremely poor: only a baguette, croissant, butter, and one option between jam or honey. The same every single day — no variety. This level of service does not match the hotel description on your website. After long days in Paris, we could not relax or shower in proper conditions. It seriously affected our trip experience. For these reasons, I am requesting a 50% refund of the booking cost due to inadequate hygiene, noise, and misleading service description.
