My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of Ruken, Ahmet, Mehment, and Sangul at the front desk—they made all the difference!!! They were always happy to assist and provide extra services without extra charge. Breakfast was great, there were a lot of different varieties of fresh food with oven-baked bread. I can say the same for the lunch, as it was delicious. Also, very close to the hotel, walking distance is a shopping mall!

It was a fine hotel with big and comfortable rooms. The bed was a little hard for us. We had some few technical issues but I was solved in no time. There was a nice spa area. The restaurant offers delicious food. The hotel is located near town and a small mall. The hotel is located near Syrian border wich is interesting.
