Situated in a historical building from the 1800s, Antico Borgo features antique furniture, stone walls and frescoes. It is 15 km from Arezzo city centre. Perfect host! Very nice that she has the restaurant inside. She cooks herself, all was very good, the food and the wine :-) I loved the residence, it is a very old building and the room was also very nice with a stair to the roof terrace.

“Authentic Italian Locanda”
Amazing location, the locanda offers authentic food for breakfast and dinner. The host was very welcoming. Rooms were big and warm with an amazing view in the morning.

It's a lovely b&b in a little town on top of a hill, you leave your car, enjoy the scenery and have a drink or a meal at the restaurants in town (their kitchen was closed when I visited), what more can you ask??

“A great spot!”
Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast great, the room big and comfortable, definitely a particular experience (the location is a fortified citadel, the building is clearly medieval) and the rooms reflect the style, my room had also a fantastic view on the valley underneath; extra bonus, shower with great water pressure!

“Perfect stay”
Situated in a small town, Civitella in val di Chiana - that has its own castle-, this accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our room had a small roof terrace with perfect view, you can spend your day there, it’s that good. You can make day trips to Arezzo, or just hike around the castle. The dinners prepared by the owner of the locanda, were the best restaurant experience we had our entire trip, maybe even from all our Italy experiences. Local specialities cooked perfectly.
