Simon, the owner, is a truly wonderful host- so friendly and always eager to help. He explains everything clearly and makes sure guests are comfortable, including managing the drinks and comfort amenities each day, unless he's busy with other matters. The apartment is charming, spacious, and clean, offering everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds are cosy, and there's plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. On the ground floor, there's a cosy bar where you can grab a drink or a coffee. Behind the house, you'll find a large, inviting swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, perfect for sunny days. Surrounded by stunning nature, the peaceful atmosphere was a true balm for our souls and eyes :) We instantly felt at home here. Simon and his partner are fantastic. Thank you very much! We'd love to return when we get the opportunity.

“Wonderful and very Relaxing,”

Loved everything about Poggilunghi, ideally situated to explore Tuscany. Great pool, and the accommodation was lovely. Simon and Gabi are great hosts, very helpful, and have the two most awesome Labradors, who made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Tuscany. Our only regret is that we only had three days to stay there; we could have easily spent 5-7 days at Poggilunghi.

“Gorgeous!”

Poggilunghi is a beautiful retreat and a great place to relax and unwind. The facilities are fantastic, with a huge swimming pool, bar, and lots of little seating areas for you to chill and eat outdoors. The hosts Simon and Gabi couldn’t have done more to help us! They had loads of recommendations about the area, including a fab restaurant we visited and a winery and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. On one evening, they prepared an amazing barbecue that 20 of us enjoyed before a quiz! The area is lovely, very close to Monte San Savino, where there are lots of restaurants and gelaterias, as well as lots of beautiful little towns and cities, including Siena, Montepulciano and Arezzo. We will most definitely be visiting again 😊

“A Great Tuscan Experience”

Recently restored, but still full of the original character and charm, it was a great place to have a chill day by the pool or to explore Tuscany. The hosts were great, super friendly, and offered a fantastic family style dining experience. The night we were there for the meal, everyone staying joined in, so we were around 20 people outside on long tables, great atmosphere, and the food and wine was top. Highly recommended.

The owner Simon immediately made us feel at home. It’s more like family than a host-guest-relationship. If you love dogs, you will enjoy the time with Bella, Harley and Sally. But they are also well trained and stay out of your way if told so. The pool is large enough to even work out a bit. Around the estate there a lots of separate places where you can enjoy the tuscan sun. Simon‘s little shop features the „bare necessities“ for your italian stay like cheese, sausage and wine but the real extra is his little pub-style bar, where you can enjoy your pint or spirit to unwind after a day of exploring Tuscany.

Nice place with good big rooms, and a perfect pool. Friendly host and good location. We have 10 nice days and can recommend this place very much.

Everything was great! Huge willa in mountains with breathtaking wiews around. Big and clean apartments. Owner Simon and his friend Gabriela were very friendly. We have visited wine tasting and old city Montepulciano. I really liked the karaoke and pizza-party. It was interesting experience to chat with other guests from different countries. It was a pleasure to spend time there. We would be happy to come back there again. Thank you for everything! We wish Simon and Gabriela good luck!

Beautiful location and breathtaking views. Clean and well kept. Very quiet, ideal for relaxing. Magnificent swimming pool. Owner was very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs.

It is very remote but the next Shop is within 8min. We stayed in the grand Appartement as a Family of 5 adults and it suited our needs perfectly. Simon was a very kind host! Hopefully again!

A great experience. Simon, the owner has been very kind and helpful. We stayed 3 wonderful days visiting the villages around as Monte San Savino, Arezzo, Anghiari, and all the valley which has gorgeous views.

The place are beautifully placed in the hills with a wonderfull terrasse and pool. The pool are pretty much new and very nice and big. The host Simon live there himself in one of the appartments and together with his two labrador dogs they make a wonderfull frame for our vacation. It is a great place for couples and families who want peace and quiteness. Simon are a very good host and he loves to share out and come with good ideas for sightseeing and restaurants in the area. It is also possible to purchase some if his own produced wine and olive oil (much reconmendable)👍 He also like to arrange pizza parties with Stone baked pizzas in his Stone oven. The appartments are nice and fine and also the wifi are of a good quality.

The place is lovely, our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! Simon is wonderful host. The appartement is very clean and very comfortable. The surroundings are calm, soothing and typical of Toscany. I highly recommend for a lovely holiday.
