“Great location but Bathroom for Improvement”

I recently stayed at this house that is suitable for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the beach and a supermarket, with plenty of parking available in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was very clean, featuring a nice terrace. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The shower was extremely small, with a clingy curtain that failed to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. As a result, the floor was constantly wet, making it uncomfortable when using the toilet, as my feet would get wet immediately. Additionally, there was very little space to sit on the toilet, and my feet ended up under the shower. Even as a slim person, I found it difficult to wash comfortably in that shower. Another downside was the lack of kitchen utensils, cups, and plates; if you want to eat something of your own, you need to bring your own. Owner provided us plastic cups and wine opener after we asked where can we get it. Before my arrival, I booked a room based on photos that showed two different beds, which led me to believe there were two separate beds in different rooms. Fortunately, the owner reached out to confirm if we wanted three separate beds, and it turned out that all three of us would be sleeping in the same room. In my opinion, that room is not spacious enough for three people. The owner acknowledged the mistake and offered a second room at half price, which was a nice gesture. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, the shower situation and the misleading room description were significant drawbacks.

Everything was great! Carlo is a very hospitable and thoughtful host - he was always available and helped us whenever we had problems. The area is quiet, there wasn’t any noise from the neighbors or outside. The room has everything you need, there’s a supermarket nearby and a small cafe with homemade pizza and pasta close to the beach. The beach is about 10 min walk, but it’s a bit difficult to get to the place from the train station because it’s 30 min walk.

Nice room in a quiet area of town. The beach is 10 miniutes away on foot. There is also a supermarket nearby. The owners have been extremely nice and helpful.

Very big room, very clean room, very nice and big balcony with a wonderful view to the sea, very polite and helpful owner. What else can one ask for? Ah yes! Great wifi and a short walk to the beach!

“small room, a lot of mosquitoes”

close to the beach, but the reptile is ugly, full of races. I recommend driving to Sirolo or Porto Sant'Elpidio. Parking available, right on the street. Safe area.

The communication with Carlo was superb, very nice! He was also so very kind to send me a forgotten little box with a few earrings back to my addres in the Netherlands, so we could continue our way back home! Very kind!!! Thank you Carlo!
