Overview
Hotel Velus is located directly on Civitanova Marche’s seafront, a 15-minute walk from the city centre. It offers free parking and elegant and colourful rooms with free Wi-Fi. “good location for centre,clean,comfortable,pleasant”
a very good stopover,or even longer if needed,good location for centre,10min walk to bars,cafes,shops etc.,supermarket 5 min walk from hotel.,pleasant and caring staff,parking at rear of hotel,a bit tight for cars but motorcycle was no problem,be there early for a place to park.good sized rooms,good wi-fi,very good breakfast,would stay again,no problem

“Good stay for the one night”
The location was good right next to the beach, rooms were clean and comfy, the breakfast was good. we stayed as the season started so the restaurants was not open for evening meal but, there is a lovely pizza restaurant just down the road.

We have stayed twice before - 9 and 5 years ago. The location is awesome, a main reason to return. We could see the sea from our room.

Great location right opposite the beach. Staff friendly. Bar onside. Good breakfast. We had a room with balcony which was nice. Parking onside was easy. Good shower.

“All-in-all it was very nice vacation!”
The breakfast was very nice for Italy. Even under "Corona" restrictions we were very satisfied. We had a room with the fantastic view to Adria and never have used an air condition because the whole two weeks our balcony door was opened. We have also booked an umbrella , a sunbed and a sunchair at the private Golden Beach next to the hotel, which were reserved by the hotel. Not to forget a wonderful cook in this hotel - these two weeks were also a journey in the italian cucine!!! Special thanks to Natascia Dernowski - for her service in the restaurant and my first italian langauge lessons; to the hotel manager Emese - for her friendly service and help during our vacation.
