“Staff efficient and honest, we received a call to advise us. It was kept safely at reception for us to pick up.”
The hotel had spacious rooms and very clean. Underground parking was an extra bonus. Located close to the beach and local restaurants. Staff friendly, had a lounge area and breakfast area on the same floor as rooms.

“Fabulous clean bright hotel with great staff”
The whole hotel gave off a lovely clean, fresh vibe with amazing reception. Felt welcomed and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Room was large, good bed and bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with good variety, and the breakfast staff excellent.. The location is perfect, a few metres from the beach and a few roads from the shops and restaurateurs. We used the private parking provided for a nominal cost, which was a bonus. Can't say enough about the two staff on reception. So helpful with greetings, information, helping us print some documents and both spoke excellent English which helped us alot. Nothing was too much trouble. Would be my first choice if we visited again.

“Absolutely impressed by the kindest hotel staff, the spacious family rooms and the cleaning!”
We were really impressed by how the cleaning is done which is very important travelling with a small child. Room was always bright and clean, the towels were changed daily, same for the pillows. I cannot imagine a better place, cleaner and with a kitchen for an amazing report of money vs. quality in Civitanova! We absolutely love it and it is our 2nd time here! The family rooms are very spacious and it makes it ideal for a family trip. Very close to the sea, the city centre, the shops, the restaurants and all the good things Civitanova has to offer.

“A fabulous room in a lovely hotel just in the wrong town for us.”
Easy to find with parking. The hotel is modern and the room was very large with everything we needed. The bathroom was big enough for both of us and the towels super. The staff were helpful when we had to leave early.

“Fantastic experience”
The room has a great size and it is comfortable. The location is 1 minutes walk from the sea and there is plenty of free parking around if you go by car. Staff was extremely kind and helpful with any request.

Beautiful room, welcoming staff, fresh breakfast and central location, 2 minutes walk from the center and right in front of the beach. Big size room with the inside jacuzzi was an extra treat for our evening. The bed was so comfortable and large that I had a great night sleep! Room is well insulated therfore the evening music from nearby bar was not too bothering, also the receptionist made us aware in advance of the possible noise proposing a change in room if we were early/light sleepers, but we kept the room and I can confirm music was not a boder. Excellent service and beautiful stay, would recommend it

“Good clean and friendly Hotel”
Friendly and helpful Staff, they allow me to do a very late check in with no issues, room cleaned very well and on time every day, good breakfast. Location is in the "hearth" of the City and easy to access city center and the beach.
