Featuring a private garden, Country House La Radice is just off the A14 motorway in Civitanova Marche, 2 km from the beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. This was the perfect stay for me! Location was ideal, room was spotless, clean and modern! Bed was very comfortable! Best little hotel I've stayed in and had a super car park for my van! Staff were very helpful and friendly! 10 out of 10! I will definitely be back. It's in my Booking dot com favourites now!

Very, very pleasant, welcoming and friendly staff. Very easy check-in procedure. We took the option (at 20 Euro for two people) to have breakfast, and it was an excellent spread - a choice of many dolce (sweet) and many salato (savoury) were available, along with juice, and a BONUS - the staff made your hot drink and brought it to the table. We very appreciated towards the end of our breakfast that staff checked if there was anything else we could get them. The bed was very comfortable and with lovely clean linen. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Wonderful grounds to relax in outside.

This is a lovely personal family run hotel. Modern rooms, a well maintained pool with a pleasant seating area around it. Breakfast was excellent - fresh fruit, eggs, cooked meats etc (although we're veggies) served on a little terrace. But the main thing we loved was the friendliness of the staff. Stefano almost became like a friend, and he enthusiastically tried out his English with us and made sure he looked after us. All the other members of the team were equally friendly. And the other feature of our stay that will stay with us was the free use of bikes (with locks) to go for rides along the beach front - Civitanova has long stretches of bike lanes for people to leisurely cycle along, especially in the evenings.
