In a beautiful place, wonderful apartment, infinitely kind and helpful owner. We are grateful for everything.

The hosts were very friendly, they met us at the apartment and showed us to our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient.

There are certainly many nice accommodations, but here I can honestly give a 10/10 rating. The location is perfect – it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay in Cividale. Just walk down a few steps or take the elevator and within moments you are right on the main square of Cividale, where you can sit in a pleasant bar and enjoy the local atmosphere. Despite this central location, the apartment is wonderfully quiet, with no noise coming from the square. The apartment itself is spacious, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is Gianni’s passion, kindness, and genuine care for his guests. We love Cividale, and this accommodation is absolutely amazing – mainly thanks to Gianni. Another great advantage is the easy parking at a nearby public parking lot, just about a one-minute walk away. Thank you!

Gianni was a super helpful host. Helped with out luggage, a good briefing on the LOFT's facilities, and on the local town. He also checked in a couple of time to ask if we needed anything and provided a USB charging cable that we had forgotten to bring with us. Recommended stay, and we will be back.

The loft is comfortable and fun to be in; it is equipped with everything you would need, along with some board games. It is easy to access and offers free parking just a 1-minute walk from the building. The location is great; the square is filled with cafes. You can wake up and have a perfect cup of coffee in the cafe downstairs with the locals. All in all, we enjoyed a great apartment and a charming small town setting!

Location was fantastic at the heart of the town. Convenient free public parking was less than 5 mins on foot. Property was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was convenient that there was a private lift up to the loft. Gianni was very helpful and checked on us periodically which was very nice of him.

The real value of this apartment is its location, in the midde of the town wit direct access to the market place which offers restaurants and bar to stay. The apartment itself is in a good shape, individually furnished in an old but well renovated building. A recommendable place to stay.
