The location is on the road outside the city - in the countryside. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unusual because in addition to the classic offer it also had 5 different pies👌😊. The room was spacious, with a sauna. The accommodation also had a large parking lot. We had a really nice time. Thank you 🌹

“Great stay in quiet village”
We had rooms on the ground floor with little sitting area which was very nice. Rooms were quite big with a lot of space to put all belongings, beds comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms nicely cleaned. Bigger room with its own kitchen. Breakfast very nice everything fresh with a good variety of products. Area is very quiet and perfect to relax. Host very kind, very helpful and looking after its guests. Town centre quite close only few minutes drive. Town centre absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come back again.

This is a lovely place, very clean, large room, very nice and helpful hosts. Peaceful. Few minutes' drive from the Unesco site Cividale del Fiuli.
