“Absolutely wonderful spa hotel in a fantastic location”

Absolutely beautiful hotel, super clean rooms, lovely helpful staff, great buffet breakfast and super location.

Quiet location. Good location for walking. Excellent pool and lounge area. Food in hotel was good. Staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Food was good. We would have liked an earlier time for evening meal. 7.30 to start. I loved the emphasis on eco awareness. Quiet and respectful at night.

Everything. Beautiful quiet location, 10-15minutes stroll to the old town. Breakfast delicious, plenty of choice. Pool area was lovely. Staff very attentive. Eco hotel.

The hotel was good, it has good spa facilities. The room was very spacious. The location is really good. Just 10 mins walk from Ciutadella town centre.

Property was immaculate at all times. Location was excellent and views from the hotel were just breathtaking. A lovely relaxing ambience with a fantastic pool, with no fighting for beds, and access to sun all day. Lots of different seating areas indoors to cool down, eat some lunch and have a drink. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was exceptional. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide range of fresh food, freshly cooked pancakes and omelettes and complimentary Prosecco.

Front desk staff were so helpful & kind - Quim at front desk was amazing organising a boat and skipper for the day for us touring the island Lovely pool area but lounges snapped up early with pool towels by guests😳 Breakfast was great, big variety Lovely beach area opposite hotel, beautiful clear water 15 minute walk into old town Or 4 minute by cab

Lovely place, very convenient for a family but also very romantic. The location was excellent, next to a small beach but also very close to the center of Ciutadella. 100% satisfied, we want to visit this place again.

the service, it was clean, the pool, towel service and parking in place wasn't expensive

Very clean, quiet and peaceful 10-15 mins walk through residential areas to centre or 20-25 mins along coast lovely walk to harbour. Got taxi to Cala Morell lovely inlet beach with restaurant Staff at hotel very helpful
