Great location, two beaches in calas nearby, water pools on the hotel area. Very nice stuff and guests. Mostly english-speakers. Clean and quite room. We really enjoed our stay.

Great location near to the beach and Citudella. Pools were good sizes and one being heated was great for kids. Breakfast was of a good standard and the suites we stayed in were very clean and in good condition

The rooms and the pool areas were lovely. The hotel was very classy. Restaurants were lovely. The beach area is nice. Its a quiet area.

Almost everything — the lively pool and outdoor garden area, the daily events, the food selection at dinner, the smell of the flowers, the friendly and helpful staff, and overall the great atmosphere for both adults and families with kids. We loved our stay and would live to come back.

“Great solo vacation”

The hotel has many amenities like two pools, a gym and restaurants which were great. It’s also a stone throw away from Cala Santandria. The reception staff are helpful and so amazing.

Fantastic staff and the hotel. Great location in Sa Caleta (3km from Ciutadella). 2 swimming pools, an amazing garden full of jasmin and hidden spots for chilling and resting. I'll be back next year for sure! I couldn't imagine a better place for my short holiday. PS Don't forget to admire breathtaking sunsets from a neraby viewpoint (15 mins walk from the hotel). 2 mins away from Prinsotel there is an open-air HYROX gym.

“Very pleasant resort with welcoming staff”

The hotel is a very pleasant resort. A friend and I shared a family room with one separate bedroom and private terrace. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast was tasty and extensive. We liked that we could hire bicycles from the hotel. There are a small number of restaurants and a shop nearby. We visited two of the small local beaches and enjoyed a swim at one of them. The pool area was not too busy when we were there in October.

I loved the location - walking distance to the beautiful small cala la Caleta, and it's just a short drive away from the Ciutadella town where we went to have dinners. The style, the ambience of the hotel. I also liked how family- friendly it is. Plus there are two big swimming pool areas- one is more quiet and the other one has a small kids pool attached to it, so it is great to have an area for families with kids without distrubing the rest of the guests. Breakfast buffet has many fresh options- however the price is a bit high.
