Literally everything. Exceptionally clean and modern, everything is clean and well presented. The staff are unfailingly courteous, kind, friendly and go above and beyond with every interaction. Loved the spa and breakfast. Bed was so comfortable. Great spot for exploring the island.

Great hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast, it could be a bit improved but I guess it depends a bit on preference. Beautiful location in terms of beach proximity and seaside walking areas. However, you would need to go to Ciutadella if you want high quality food. But that’s only 10 minutes in a cab. A SPA that offered everything you need in a compact space. Renting a car could be worthwhile if want to explore the island.

Everything about the hotel was superb, no complaints at all. The breakfasts were lovely with a huge amount of choice, it was pleasant to eat on the terrace too, although we could have chosen to eat in the restaurant. The staff were fantastic.We had a suite which was superb, very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bottled water was supplied every day which we didn't expect, but a nice touch. We had two big balconies, although unfortunately the views were nothing special. Overall a nice stay, but expensive.

Hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. We had a room with a small balcony which was very nice. Staff are very helpful and accomodating, and the hotel has some nice facilities like spa, indoor and outdoor pools, etc. There is also a nice beach just a couple of mins away. They also had free parking option (although it only fits 5 cars).

Incredibly clean and outstanding hotel. Staff delivered exceptional customer service and were very friendly. The hotel was small and trangquil with some great food in the restaurant. The pool was lovely and a great place to relax. Location was superb, less than 10 drive from Ciutadella which has amazing restaurants and activities. Close to popular beaches of the island.

- I liked the location as it’s close to a bay which can be reached by foot and has some beach bars + it’s very close to Ciutadella although you need a car. - The bed was comfortable. - The pool area is very quiet and nice. - The staff was very friendly.

Everything was great, better than expected. Really relaxing hotel, limited number of rooms so it stays quiet even when at full capacity. The pool area is not huge but it is really relaxing and clean, could have easily stayed there for a few days more just chilling out. The location is good, walking distance to many restaurants and Calas. Food is excellent.
