The lady owner was a lovely friendly lady,always willing to help or please, the hostel was spotlessly clean, we had breakfast a few times and it was excellent, handy location for easy walk around the town. There is a very good diskont supermarket 5 minutes walk away, with a very good cafe if this is of any use to visitors.

The Hostal Is well placed for a stay in Ciutadella, an easy walking distance from the bus station and the historic centre. It's also quite close to the small town beach. The rooms aren't huge, but they have everything you need and they are very good value. There is breakfast available if you haven't pre-booked it and at various prices depending what you choose. Our room was on the ground floor and had a small, secluded terrace with seating. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Receptionist and staff were so friendly. Amazing location near to the centre of town with easy access to the rest of the island. Hotel was so clean and well and maintained. Can’t wait to return again.

Owner was super nice, room was big and had good aircon. Was an easy walk into the town.

The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, also a great cook. She recommended us the best beaches and told us how to go and what to do, she even checked the wind direction to see which beach was better that day! We were super happy to have stayed at this place, it exceeded our expectations: the breakfast was good, the room didn't look like a hostel and more like a hotel room, all clean and new.

Staff was wonderful and the location was perfect

The woman at the reception was really nice and helpful. She gave me advice where zo go for dinner and checked me in although the reception should have been closed at this time.
