Very well located, super close to the heart of the city! The room was big, clean and comfortable with a nice terrace. They also offer great service (laundry, beach towels…). Great breakfast and amazing rooftop terrace bar! Most of all very professional and friendly staff. I really recommend!

The hotel is in a great location, with free parking available very close by. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. However, there were a few downsides. The main issue was the lack of access to the rooftop terrace, where breakfast is usually served. This was not mentioned anywhere on Booking at the time of reservation. Additionally, our room was located on the same floor where breakfast was served, and from around 8–9 a.m. it was quite noisy due to conversations and the sound of dishes. When there were no available spots at a chosen breakfast time, it was possible to take the meal to the room and eat on the balcony. Unfortunately, our balcony faced an empty patio with no view, which was a bit disappointing.

“Perfect place to stay”

We stayed here for 4 nights in April. The hostal was perfectly situated for visiting Ciutadella and it's surroundings. Extremely comfortable and so clean. The breakfasts were delicious and varied and the staff were very pleasant. Can definitely recommend.

Great location, the bedroom was small but comfortable. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is cute and well maintained. The rooftop is a nice plus. The breakfast was good.

Staff were exceptional, especially as there was an issue we had with our stay, it was quickly resolved and they were at all times friendly, professional and accommodating. The room itself was nice and bright, modern and roomy. Location was perfectly situated for those that want to explore the city by foot and the many local beaches by bus. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Fresh and ripe fruit, and a nice selection of Spanish breakfast items.

Cute, completely remodeled, comfortable property that’s centrally located. Free parking lot is less than a 2 minute walk. In-room espresso machine was a nice touch!
